Take your practice out the doors and into nature. Break down the barriers of where your practice should take place, and change the expectations of what your practice should look like. Whether you are a lifelong yogi wanting to switch up your scenery, or have never said the word namaste and are inspired to try something new, this is for you. We are offering an entirely new way to explore this beautiful state. We will go to a different park around the area, every time! Winter 2017-2018 starts a bimonthly yoga class geared towards outdoor enthusiasts. Classes will be held in our facilities surrounded by our favorite gear, designed specifically for the needs of your body as it strengthens and stretches from skiing or biking or running, or whatever other activities you push through! You do not have to be one of these athletes to participate, nor do you have to have any previous knowledge of what yoga is. Come in and wind down your week with us!

Nicaragua Yoga Retreat
: This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Escape the cold and join us on this incredible adventures into paradise. Nicaragua is rich in culture, history, and out of this world scenery. We will spend five nights at the Casa Maderas Eco-Lodge outside of San Jan Del Sur, Nicaragua. This jungle haven offers access to surfing, sea turtle snorkeling, horseback riding, zip lining, fishing, sailing, and much more. Start and end your days with an incredible homemade meal, two sessions of invigorating and relaxing yoga, and more activities than you can fit! Single occupancy or double occupancy, by request at additional cost. Each room comes with mosquito nets, a private bathroom, fan, Wi-Fi access, and a terrace with a hammock. Of course you've also been hiking up, down, across and zigzagging along paths. The hiking inevitably leads to tight calves, hamstrings, hips and quads. Join other outdoor recreators in a 60 minute class away from the studio designed specifically for preparing the muscles to endure the adventures ahead of you this winter!

Yoga for Bikers: You've spent the day exploring the great outdoors. You've been on Washingthon's sandy beaches, winding trails, and beautiful views. Of course you've also been hiking up, down, across and zigzagging along paths. The hiking inevitably leads to tight calves, hamstrings, hips and quads. Join other outdoor recreators in a 60 minute class away from the studio designed specifically for preparing the muscles to endure the adventures ahead of you this winter!

Free Seminar Beginner Yoga Skills: Join us for monthly free seminars touching on a wide range of introductory topics. Learn a new skill, ask some questions, or figure out how to use your gear in a few hours with our instructors!

Today's introduction class will go over the basics of getting into yoga!
Do 30 or more minutes of poses you can do at home! Discuss the basics of poses, breathing, studio culture, intimidation, fears and interests when it comes to the desire to learn about this amazing practice!

How to prepare
:

WE PROVIDE: Transportation, gear (technical gear, safety equipment), and instructor/guide.
YOU PROVIDE: Water, lunch/snacks, and appropriate clothing.
EXTRAS ITEMS: Camera, sunscreen/sunglasses.
CLOTHING: We recommend that you dress in layers. NO COTTON CLOTHING. COTTON IS A NEGATIVE INSULATOR, WHEN IT GETS WET IT GETS COLD AND STAYS COLD. We recommend fleece, polypro, polyester, and wool.
